workflow

When the belt batching scale is used for batching, the first belt scale starts working and feeds the material to the belt conveyor according to the preset ratio. When the belt conveyor transports the material to the second belt scale, the second belt scale starts working and feeds the material according to the preset ratio. When the belt conveyor is transported to the third belt scale, the third belt scale starts working and the material is dispensed according to the preset value. By analogy, when all six belt scales are proportioned, the mixed fertilizer raw materials are transported in a six layer flat state to the mixer for mixing and stirring. This batching form can achieve more uniform and time-saving mixing and stirring, resulting in higher output
